How do I create an account?
Download Neighbori from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap "Sign up". You can register with your email and create a password. You'll be guided to complete your profile after signing up. -
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account anytime from inside the app. Open your profile, go to Settings, and tap "Delete account". This permanently removes your data. If you need help, email us at contact@neighbori.com from your account email. -
I have a problem with an order
Neighbori is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers — orders, payments, and deliveries are arranged directly between you and the seller. If you have an issue with an order, the fastest way to resolve it is to message the seller from the order details screen. If a seller is unresponsive, behaving inappropriately, or you suspect a scam, please use the report option (•••) or email us at contact@neighbori.com so we can investigate. -
How do I start selling on Neighbori?
Open the app, tap "Start selling" from your profile, and follow the steps to set up your shop. You'll add a few items with photos, prices, and pickup or delivery options. There's no storefront required — sell from home or anywhere. -
How do I report a user, item, or message?
Tap the menu (•••) on a profile, listing, or chat to report inappropriate content or behavior. Our team reviews every report. You can also block users to prevent them from contacting you. Urgent safety issues? Email us at contact@neighbori.com. -
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset it. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes. -
What is Neighbori Pro?
Neighbori Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks advanced seller tools, analytics, and other premium features. You can subscribe in the app, then manage or cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. -
